The room was small but comfy, clean, and nicely updated. The shower had great pressure and was super hot, which was awesome after a long day. Found it perfect for a night or two. The only downside was the steep stairs—definitely something to consider if you're packing heavy!

The friendly staff made check-in and check-out smooth, and they were always ready to help. Our Family Room was spacious enough for five, with lovely views, and the location made exploring easy. However, the toilet had a persistent odor, and the absence of an elevator made navigating the steep stairs challenging. Late-night noise from street work was disruptive, and vending machine malfunctions were an inconvenience.

A cozy stay with hidden challenges
The quaint atmosphere was inviting, and the location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam’s charm. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to help us enjoy our stay.
Unfortunately, the stairs were a real hassle, especially with luggage. The room felt cramped, and the bed was uncomfortable, which hindered a good night's sleep.

Just a smart choice for an overnight stay in Amsterdam with good value considering price it charged. Free coffee in the morning was a nice bonus that we appreciated. If you’re sensitive to noise, bring some ear plugs for sleeping.

I chose Hotel Pagi for its location, and that did not disappoint. It’s right by the metro and tram stations, making it easy to get around the city. The area felt safe, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. However, the stairs were a real challenge. They're steep and narrow, making it tough to haul luggage up to my room on the third floor. I had to navigate slowly, which took away from the experience. My room was basic and clean, but it felt smaller than the photos suggested. just enough space for my suitcase and a stool. Heating could be better, though the bed was warm. No breakfast option, just a vending machine, I had to venture out for food every morning. I also missed having hot drink options. a kettle would have been nice. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the small room and limited amenities left a lot to be desired.
